Dinner

Hi everyone. It would be nice to meet up, as many of us who can, to go to Abu Zaad. Friday 11th July would suit me better, but if that is difficult, Thursday 10th would be alright.

Hi all,
There was a suggestion last week of us meeting up for dinner (possibly Abu Zaad again?) in July. The suggested date was 10 July. Anyone?
I will upload David's presentation (the half of it I got - bloody camera batteries!) as soon as I regain access to my laptop.

Ahmed reading Syrian History Article MP3 version.

Hi everyone,

There have been some problems with the sound file of Ahmed reading the article about the history of Syria, which was uploaded on 21/05/08. This was probably because it was not in a recognisable format, which it needs to be. I have therefore uploaded another version of the same recording (we had 2 recorders going that lesson). This time the file is in MP3 format, which should make it possible to download and listen to.
